Retail & food vendors approved to operate at a festival hire their own booth crews and work-exchange help. Post your open positions here, and users can apply to work in your booth or food truck in exchange for tickets, meals, camping, or a stipend.

Posting positions is part of the Organizer tier (bundled with a Featured/Organizer plan, since vendors operate as approved businesses). Applying is always free — no creative ever pays to be considered.

Before you apply

  • Get the exchange in writing before you travel. Ticket, camping, meals, stipend, how many shifts and how long. "Paid as agreed" covers trade too — the agreement is whatever was promised, not just money.
  • Check the event is real. Search it on the Festival Map. A booth listing for an event that isn't there is worth one more question before you commit.
  • You never pay to be considered. Not an application fee, not a deposit, not a booth share up front. That rule holds everywhere on Festival Coyote — report anyone who asks.
  • Tell someone where you're going, especially for a load-in call before gates open.

Before you post

  • State the whole exchange and the hours. Vague terms are the single biggest source of disputes on the circuit — be the listing nobody has to chase.
  • Only post for events you are actually approved to vend at.
  • Applicants may attach a Coyote Press Kit with real contact details. Use them for this role and nothing else.
What this is not, yet: listings here are not vetted — anyone can post one, and there are no ratings, reviews or verified badges anywhere on this page. Two-way reviews are designed but not built. Until they are, the report link on each listing is the real path: it reaches a person.
